Steven D. Hutton is Board Certified in Business Litigation in the State of Florida and is an AV rated attorney by Martindale Hubbell.
Steve’s practice is primarily devoted to business litigation and dispute resolution. He has extensive experience in trial work, arbitration, civil mediation, and appellate proceedings. He has represented local and national corporations, institutional lenders, governmental bodies, commercial developers, and other business entities in all forms of business disputes.
Steve holds the distinction of obtaining the highest jury award, awarded after the longest jury trial, in the history of Sarasota County and the 8th largest jury award in the country at the time of the award: $44.2 million dollars.
Steve founded the Firm in 2001 and has since created a team of attorneys and support staff that meet his high standards of excellence, dedication and professionalism to provide premier legal services to Hutton, Dominko, Swaim & Stall’s clients.
